GPRO partner program - Frequently asked questions

General questions

Q: What is GPRO?

A: Grand Prix Racing Online (GPRO) is a web based motorsport management game. The game is a free MMORPG that requires no downloads, just a web browser. The game is played by thousands of real players from all around the world.

Q: How is income generated from the players in the game if the game is provided for free?

A: The game is provided for free, however the game offers a large set of additional supporter features to its paying players (so called supporters). Players become supporters by buying supporter credits, the supporter credits are then used by the players to unlock different features of the game. The percentage of active players who decide to become supporters varies depending on the country of origin of the players, for the more developed countries up to 60% of the active players are supporters.

Q: I have a question or suggestion related to the partner program, how can I contact you?

A: You can always contact us for questions, bug reports or suggestions related to the partner program at support@gpro.net. When contacting us make sure it is clear in the message that you are contacting us about the partner program.

Q: Our site/network can generate a lot of traffic to GPRO, what are the rules for us?

A: We do not allow incentivized traffic, spam, content lockers or proxy surfing in our game. If you have a lot of traffic and you can send us more than 1000 visitors every day please contact us at support@gpro.net. Without contacting us your account may be closed and we may not count the traffic you sent us!

Revenue sharing questions

Q: How is the revenue share calculated and who pays VAT and the payment system costs?

A: VAT (value added tax), if applicable, and the payment system costs are deducted from the reported revenue. What you see in all statistics is the NET revenue generated from your users. If a user makes a payment of 10€, which includes 20% VAT (2€) and the payment system cost is 1€ then the reported revenue from the payment will be 7€ and your share will be 3.50€. In case VAT is not applicable, only the payment system cost will be deducted from the total amount.

Q: What payment systems are available to the players of the game?

A: We are working with the following major payment systems: Paypal, Xsolla, Skrill, Paysafecard, Bitpay, Sofort banking. Other local payment systems as well as SMS payments are also supported for some countries.

Q: Who pays the Paypal fee when I withdraw my balance to my Paypal account?

A: When we process your payments with Paypal there is usually a transfer fee to send money to other accounts. This fee will be at our expense.

Q: In the daily income statistics I got a negative income, why is that?

A: In the unlikely event that a player payment is reversed due to a chargeback, we will not get the money from that payment and because of that we cannot share what we do not have with you. We pay only for completed transactions and we do our best to make sure we will not have any chargebacks.

Q: Can I move registered players to another partner account I made and get revenue share from them?

A: No, that's not possible!

Payment questions

Q: Where is the button to withdraw money from my account?

A: The button to withdraw money from your account is on your dashboard next to your withdrawable balance. It will be enabled after you have at least 100€ in your withdrawable balance. After you've made a request to withdraw funds the button will be disabled and you will need to wait for your payment request to be processed. When the payment is completed you will see the date it was completed and its Paypal transaction ID on the payments page.

Q: How often can I withdraw money from my account?

A: You can withdraw only once per month from your account as long as you have at least 100€ in your withdrawable balance.

Q: How long after I have submitted my payment request will the payment get processed?

A: The payment request can be pending for up to 21 days before the payment is processed to your Paypal account.
